ENCOUNTER KILLING

In tamilnadu recently five biharis were killed in the encounter conducted by the tamilnadu police. The reason is said to be that these 5 persons who were said to be involved in the bank robberies were attacking the policemen when they were surrounded by the police , and for the self defence only they were killed . The police should not have taken the law in their hands by shooting them so urgently instead capturing atleast one of the accused alive so that so many truth about the real persons who are actively involved in these robberies will come out and try them legally all.

Police in tamilnadu is inactive to control the law and order problem as murders,robberies and rapes are happening on daily basis and the police have taken this opportunity to show that they are active

The guidelines laid by the National Human Rights Organization were not followed in this encounter Killing . It seems the case is now handed over to CBCID for enquiry . This enquiry will reveals the real culprits who are behind the encounter and the accused should be punished severely.
