GOLDEN THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

                GOLDEN THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

Wealth is the slave of the wise man  and the master
Of fools

Winning is not every thing but wanting to win is .

If you do little thing well you will do big thing brtter.

Never take a problem to your head  unless you have
A solutions

There are two kinds of failures  those who think and never
Do and who those who do never think

There are two kinds of fools in this world , those who gives
Advice and those who don’t take it.

The best way to kill one idea is to take up in the meeting
And discuss.

A day with out sun shine is like a night only .

Depression is merely anger with out enthusiasm

When every thing is coming  on your way ,you are in
The wrong lane .

A little impatience will spoil great plans.

Teachers will open the door of knowledge and
You have enter yourself.

Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner
Every where.

THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

Tears are how our hearts speaks  when our lips cannot  describe
our happiness and sorrow

Trust takes years to build and a second to shatter

Most touching lines said by a best friend " When I die  dont come

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE JUSTICE

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE JUSTICE

As expected the joint parliamentary committee
has given report on 2G Spectrum scandal which is
the statement of congress and not  by JPC which
states that Our PM and FM has got no link With
2G spectrum scandal  and the PM was mislead
In this case  by Raja . It is true that Manmohan Singh
Has no moral right to continue as PM until he prove
Himself that he is not involved in the case. The argument that
PM is mislead by some minister is a lame one
Because A PM should be capable of analyzing any
Proposal from the ministry about its pros and con
And decide about the proposal .Simply saying mislead
By raja is admitting that the PM is incapable of deciding
Any thing on his own. For argument sake let us agree
That Raja has mislead The PM then Why PM and FM
Are afraid of appearing before the JPC and explain their
Side . Even Sita Of Ramayan has ran into the fire to prove
Her purity to the public and what prevent PM to do the same
 By appearing before the JPC

ONE AMAZING TRUE STORY YOU CAN'T BELIEVE

An amazing true story about how the kindness one does for another can back to you.

Who was the Mystery Soldier who left the hospital so quickly?

Yoni, an Israeli Defense Force soldier stationed in Hebron, was shot by an Arab terrorist. It happened very early in the morning, and no one else was awake to hear it. Yoni passed out and was bleeding steadily, his life was heading toward a silent end.

But another soldier stationed nearby heard the shot and went to investigate. He found a fellow Israeli soldier bleeding to death. He tried the best he could to stop the bleeding and called for help. Waiting for help to arrive, he kept applying pressure to the wound- literally holding Yoni's life in his hands.

Yoni was taken to a hospital in Be’er Sheva where he underwent surgery. Yoni's parents were notified and they rushed to the hospital. Imagine the fear of the parents who were only told "your son has been injured and is in the hospital." When they arrived the doctor told them that Yoni was shot but will be alright. Had it not been for the immediate actions of the other soldier, their son Yoni would have bled to death. It was a miracle that the other soldier heard what no one else heard, and managed to locate Yoni as quickly as he did. The parents wanted to thank that soldier, but he had just left the hospital after hearing that the soldier he helped would survive.

While recuperating at home, Yoni and his parents called the army to find out the name of the other soldier so they could thank him personally. Unfortunately, that soldier's name was not recorded and although they tried to ask around they simply couldn’t track down who that other soldier was.

Yoni's mother knew that the important thing of course is that Yoni is well, yet she couldn’t help feeling that as long as she couldn’t meet and thank the solider who bravely saved her son’s life- the entire frightening episode is still not fully over. Not being able to thank the soldier continued to give her an empty feeling… but then she had an idea.

The couple owned a grocery store in Kiryat Malachi (a town near Ashkelon), so they decided to put up a sign in the store, describing what happened, figuring that Israel is a small country and eventually they might found out who the mystery soldier was.

Months passed with no response. Finally, one morning about a year later, a woman customer noticed the sign hanging by the door of the store. She recalled how happy her son Yair was when he came home one Friday night and told them how he heard a shot and was able to save another soldier’s life in Hebron. She went back and told the owner of the store. The story matched. The two women now decided to try to reach their sons on cell phones and see if they could meet at the store. Fortunately it turned out that both the young men and even the fathers were able to all meet that afternoon at the store.

The families soon gathered for an emotional "rendezvous". The soldiers recounted army experiences and finally after all this time Yoni’s mother could stand up and thank Yair for saving her son’s life or as she put it, “You saved my world”. She looked forward to feeling “completion” after all this time by thanking the soldier, but little did she know that the story was hardly complete.

After the tearful thank you, Yair’s mother quietly pulled her aside and asked to speak with her outside. The two women went out alone. And she asked Yoni’s mother: “Look at me- you don’t remember me?” “No, I’m sorry did we meet before? she responded. "Yes. You see there is a particular reason I came into your store today… I used to live here and this time I was just passing by but I wanted to give you my business, even though I was only buying a few things.”

“What are you talking about? Yoni’s mother asked. “Twenty years ago I used to live around here and came all the time to buy milk and bread... One day you noticed that I looked really down and you were so nice and asked me why I was so down and I confided in you. I told you that I was going through a very difficult time and on top of that I was pregnant and planning on having an abortion. As soon as I said “abortion” you called your husband over and the two of you didn’t seem to care about your own store but sat down and patiently listened to me and I remember what you said.

“You told me that it is true that I was going through a hard time but sometimes the good things in life come through difficulty, and the best things come through the biggest difficulties. You spoke of the joy of being a mother and that the most beautiful word to hear in the Hebrew language is “Ima” (mother) when spoken by one’s child.. you both spoke and spoke until I was convinced that I actually should have this baby- so you see G-d paid you back!”

What do you mean? asked Yoni’s mother. I had a boy twenty years ago that you saved by telling me to think twice before doing the abortion. With happy tears she declared, "My beloved Yair wouldn’t have been alive if not for you. He was the one you were looking for. He was the one who grew up to save your son, Yoni’s life!"

Note: This incredible story is true.

ADAPTING A MOTHER

                       ADAPTING  A MOTHER

I got down at the bus stand, it is neither a village and nor
A  big Town  and the summer heat was enormous and I want
To have some drink and approached a near by shop .
Sorry let me introduce my self Iam Raja of Chennai having
My own industry and my purpose of visiting this village to meet
Sama Sastri ,who is the father of my friend  Ragunath  and I only
Know the village name and sama sastri’s name . I inquired the shop
Keeper about sama sastri’s address. And he said It is in the second
Agraharam street and asked me “did you come here to attend his
funeral ?" I was shocked to know that Sama Sastri is no more .

The house is very small and its condition is at any time the roof may
Fall down . The Body of Satri is laying in the center of the hall and his
Wife Kamakshi is sitting near the body and weeping uncontrollably
She seems to be very lean and  wearing a old sari with so many
Stitches . Their financial condition is seems to be very poor. I sat
Near her and introduce myself that iam the close friend of her son
Ragunath  and since Ragunath is having some important official
Work in Mumbai he has send me to do the needful on his behalf
Kamakshi said “ You are like my son and I don’t have the shame to admit
That I don’t have any money to perform sastri’s last rites . I said “ Don’t worry mother I will take care of everything and will perform the last rites
Like your son Ragunath . Sama sastri  was cremated as per their caste
Custom .After the 10 th day ceremony is over I asked her to come with me
To Chennai where I can admit her in the old age home as my adapted mother until Ragunath return from Mumbai . I know pretty well that
Ragunath will not come  and he was dead while saving my mother from
Speeding car which was about to kill her last month  .

In The old age home the manager asked me to sign a register and he is
Shocked to know that my name is Raja Mohmad . He asked me  How a muslim can adapt a hindu mother ? I said “The word mother in any caste
Or religions means only love and affection and religion is not on the way
When Ragunath saved my muslim mother from death then why should I give Importance to religion while adapting a needy helpless mother ?

MODI VERSES RAHUL GONDHI

One of the hottest debates going on right now is on who should be the next prime minister of India? Let me share some of my views.

Rahul Gandhi, who was recently made the vice president of the Congress party, comes across as a welcome change to many people as India needs more young blood in the political system. That's true but is that one factor enough? Can we trust someone who hasn't proven his capabilities as a leader yet with running the biggest democracy in the world?
He tried campaigning for his party actively in the UP elections and failed badly. He didn't make any concrete statements during the campaign and his party did worse this time than the previous elections.
He is known to make statements like "One night I woke up at 4 in the morning".

When we compare his track record with that of Narendra Modi, we see a huge difference.
Narendra Modi has proven his mantle time and time again, winning 3 elections in his state in a row. Everyone knows about the kind of development and growth Gujarat has witnessed over the last 10 years. The GDP growth of Gujarat was the highest among Indian states for a long time and was recently taken over by Bihar.

One of the biggest factor against him is the Gujarat riots. Many people hold him responsible for those riots. It doesn't matter much if he really was responsible or not, it's the perception of the people that matters the most. When  We justify Jagadish titler who was said to be person  involved in the mass killing of Sighs
To take revenge for the killing of Indira Gondhi , we can also justify the godhra  riots which was the fittest reply given to the extremities who has killed
Innocence rail passengers

The BJP has a tough challenge at its hands. Should it risk projecting Narendra Modi as the PM candidate or not? If there's risk, there's a big reward as well. The popularity of Narendra Modi among the urban population could lead to a big swing in favour of the BJP.

I think that given a chance, Narendra Modi can change the India we know. According what I know right now, Narendra Modi seems to be a much better PM candidate.

What do you think?

THE ASPECT OF CHITRA POURNAMI (POORNIMA)

Chitra Pournami 2013 - Birthday of Chitragupta

Chitra Pournami or Chitirai Purnima is a Tamil ceremony observed on the Poornima day (full moon day) in the Tamil month of Chitirai (April – May). Chitra Pournami ritual commemorates Chitragupta who according to the scripts is the assistant of Lord Yama, the God of Death. The day is also dedicated to Indra, the head of Devas. It is on this day that the star Chitra and full moon come together. Considered as Chitragupta’s Birthday, the Chitra Pournami or Chitirai Poornima 2013 date is on 25th April 2013.

Chitragupta means collection of pictures. It is believed that Chitragupta examines the good and bad performances of the person. When a person dies, his soul first goes to Lord Yama, where Chitragupta tallies the deeds and report it to Yama. On this day, special poojas are conducted at temples and people take bath in holy rivers and temple ponds to wash away the sins committed.

Chitragupta Temple at Kanchipuram is the only one temple in South India dedicated to Chitragupta. Thirukoteeswarar temple at Thirukodikaval, situated on the Kumbakonam - Mayiladuthurai route, has separate shrines for Chitragupta and Yama. In these temples, Chitra Pournami festival is celebrated in a grand manner every year.

Legend

There is a legend associated with Chitra Poornima involving Lord Indra, the king of Gods, and his Guru Brihaspati. Lord Indra and Brihaspati once had an argument. As Indra failed to respect Guru, he stopped advising Indra who started committing sins in the absence of Guru. Days passed and Brihaspathi returned to his duty. He advised Indra for a pilgrimage to the earth to lessen the burden of sins. During the pilgrimage, Indra realized that he had been redeemed from the sins. He found a Shiva lingam under a Kadamba tree and believed that Lord Shiva had helped him in relieving his sins. Following this, he started worshipping him. He worshipped Lord Shiva with a golden lotus which he found from a nearby pond.

This was believed to be happened on a Chitra Pournami day and the place was Madurai in South India. Devendra puja is held during Chitra Pournami day in Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple, commemorating the event.

Chitirai Poornima Celebrations in Temples

The Mangaladevi Temple located at Kumily in Idukki, Kerala also celebrated Chithra Pournami festival with much religious fervor. Mangala Devi Temple is build in Pandya style of architecture is dedicated to Kannagi or Kannaki Amman, the main character of the South Indian epic Silapathikaram. The temple is around 2000 years old and remains closed for the entire year except for Chithra Pournami Festival. Hundreds of pilgrims from Kerala and the nearby state of Tamil Nadu visit the shrine during the festive occasion.

The Melmaruvathur Adhiparasakthi Siththar Peetam in Tamil Nadu, situated 91 km north of Chennai, also celebrates Chitra Pournami Festival with great importance.

TRUE STORY WITH GREAT MORAL

True story: real winners don’t give up!

This is a true story of a young woman who went through the most gruesome fire. When you read her story, you’ll realize that your trials are absolutely nothing compared to what this young girl went through.
It was September 25, 2000. Maricel Apatan was an 11-year old girl in Zamboanga. On that day, this little girl went with her uncle to draw water.
Along the way, four men met them. They were carrying long knives. They told her uncle to face down on the ground, and they hacked him on the neck and killed him.
Maricel was in total shock, especially that the men were their neighbors. She tried to escape, but the men ran after her.
She cried, “Don’t kill me! Have mercy on me!”
But they weren’t listening. With a long knife, a man slashed her on the neck too.
Maricel fell to the ground and lost consciousness.
When she woke up, she saw a lot of blood. She also saw the feet of the men around her, but she pretended to be dead.
When they walked away, Maricel ran back home. But along the way, she saw that both her hands were falling off. Because the men hacked them too. She cried but she kept running.
Sometimes, she would faint and fall to the ground. But she’d regain consciousness and run again.
When she was near her home, Maricel called her mother.
Upon seeing her daughter, her mother screamed in terror. She wrapped her bloodied child in a blanket and carried her to the hospital.
Here was the problem: From her house to the highway, it was a 12-kilometer walk. It took them 4 hours just to reach the highway.
When they arrived in the hospital, the doctors thought Maricel was going to die. But for 5 hours, they operated on her. It took 25 stitches to stitch together the long knife wound in her neck and back.
Maricel barely survived. And she lost both of her hands.
Ironically, the next day was Maricel’s birthday. She was 12 years old.
But tragedy didn’t end there. When they went home, they saw their home was gone. It was ransacked and burned down by the goons.
Being very poor, Maricel’s family also didn’t have P50,000 for their hospital bills.
But God sent many angels along the way to help them.
Archbishop Antonio Ledesma, a distant relative, paid for hospital bills and helped them bring the criminals to court. They were sentenced to prison.
Today, she’s staying with the nuns at Regina Rosarii with Sr. Eppie Brasil, O.P.
But this is the incredible miracle. Instead of staying down, Maricel kept running.
Instead of cursing God why she had no hands, she now uses her wrists in incredible ways that will boggle your mind.
Maricel was cited as the most industrious, best in computer, and most courteous in the School for Crippled Children.
In 2008, she graduated from a course in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She even received a Gold medal for Arts and Crafts.
In 2011, she finished her education to be a chef. Yes, a Chef without hands.
Nothing can stop this young lady from reaching her dreams.
Real Winners Don’t Give Up!

THE POWER OF "ONE"

One song can spark a moment,
One flower can wake the dream
One tree can start a forest,
One bird can herald spring.

One smile begins a friendship,
One handclasp lifts a soul.
One star can guide a ship at sea,
One word can frame the goal.

One vote can change a nation,
One sunbeam lights a room.
One candle wipes out darkness,
One laugh will conquer gloom.

One step must start each journey.
One word must start each prayer.
One hope will raise our spirits,
One touch can show you care.

One voice can speak with wisdom,
One heart can know what's true,

One life can make a difference, You see,it's up to you!

THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

            THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

When  Friendship is your greatest weakness you
Will be a strongest person in the world

As you climb the ladder of success check occasionally
Make sure it is leaning against a strong wall.

Learning history is so easy but making history is so
Difficult, make a history of you and make
Others to follow it

Speak when you are in angry and you will make a best
Speech that you will never regret

40th BIRTHDAY FOR CELLPHONES

From a cumbersome machine that weighed over a kilogram and had a talk time of just 20 minutes, the mobile phones have come a long way.

When engineer Martin Cooper made the first landmark phone call from this first rudimentary mobile phone, he would never have imagined that after 40 years, mobile phones would facilitate almost all imaginable services to the mankind.

Cooper's breakthrough paved way for a communication revolution that transformed our lives forever, making these sleek handsets an integral part of our lives.

On April 3, 1973, an engineer Martin Cooper made the first call from a mobile phone, a Motorola DynaTAC.

The phone used for the first mobile conversation was nine inches tall, weighed 2.5 pounds and took 10 hours to recharge! The first cellular phone was the culmination of efforts began at Bell Labs, which first proposed the idea of a cellular system in 1947, and continued to appeal to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for channels through the 1950s and 1960s, and research conducted at Motorola.

In 1960, John F. Mitchell, an electrical engineer became Motorola's chief engineer for its mobile communication products. Mitchell oversaw the development and marketing of the first pager to use transistors. Motorola had been developing mobile telephones for automobiles. But those were large and heavy and consumed too much power.

Mitchell's team, which included Martin Cooper, developed portable cellular telephony. He was among the Motorola employees who were granted a patent for this work in 1973. The first call on the prototype was reportedly to a wrong number.

While Motorola was developing the cellular phone itself, during 1968-1983, Bell Labs worked on the system called AMPS, which became the first cellular network in the US Motorola and others designed cell phones for that and other cellular systems.

Martin Cooper led a team that produced the DynaTAC 8000x, the first commercially available cellular phone, and made the first phone call from it.

The DynaTAC handset was expensive. Priced at a steep $3,995 ($9209 in present-day terms), it was not likely to be mass-market product. Several versions were made between 1973 and 1983. The product accepted by the FCC weighed 28 ounces (790 gm) and was 10 inches (25 cm) high, not including its flexible "rubber duck" whip antenna. The DynaTAC 8 Series, Classic, Classic II, Ultra Classic, and Ultra Classic II had a display with red LEDs; the DynaTAC International Series with green LEDs, and the DynaTAC 6000XL used a vacuum fluorescent display. These displays were severely limited in what information they could show. The battery allowed for a call of up to 60 minutes, after which it was necessary to charge the phone up to 10 hours.

While still retaining the DynaTAC name, the 6000XL was completely unrelated to the DynaTAC 8000 Series. It was a transportable phone meant for installation in a vehicle. The DynaTAC Series was succeeded by the MicroTAC Series in 1989. By 1998, when Mitchell retired, cellphones and associated services made up two thirds of Motorola's $30 billion in revenue. By the end of 2011, there were 78 mobile phone subscriptions per 100 people in the developing world.

From 1990 to 2012, worldwide mobile phone subscriptions grew from 12.4 million to over 6 billion, reaching out to about 87 per cent of the global population.

Around 1.7 billion handsets were sold in 2012. The three largest sellers were Samsung, Nokia and Apple.

China has the largest number of mobile phone subscribers with one billion subscribers.

THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can
distrub your peace of mind .

We need atleast two things in lif e
Heart     to feel and love
Brian    to understand the love . Other wise
We will have broken hearts and confused mind .

Dont take rest after a success beacause if you fail
next time many lips are waiting to say that your
previous success was merely a luck

Truth for lips , confience for eyes ,charity for hands
smile for face , love for heart . Use them well and
make life beautiful.

True frienship is like breathing of air , you will never
see it but you will always feel its prewsence .

WHAT IS PEACE

PEACE

There once was a king who offered a prize to the artistwho would paint the best picture of peace. Many artiststried. The king looked at all the pictures. But therewere only two he really liked, and he had to choose between them.
One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for peaceful towering mountains all aroundit. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace.
The other picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky, from which rain fell and in which lightning played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all.
But when the king looked closely, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest - in perfect peace.
Which picture do you think won the prize? The king chose the second picture. Do you know why?
"Because," explained the king, "peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace."

THE STORY OF CHALLENGES

The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the water close to Japan has not held many fish for decades. So to feed the Japanese population, fishing boats got bigger and went farther than ever. The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring the fish. If the return trip took more time, the fish were not fresh. To solve this problem, fish companies installed freezers on their boats. They would catch the fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go farther and stay longer.

However, the Japanese could taste the difference between fresh and frozen fish. And they did not like the taste of frozen fish. The frozen fish brought a lower price. So, fishing companies installed fish tanks. They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to fin. After a little thrashing around, they were tired, dull, and lost their fresh-fish taste. The fishing industry faced an impending crisis! But today, they get fresh-tasting fish to Japan. How did they manage? To keep the fish tasting fresh, the Japanese fishing companies still put the fish in the tanks but with a small shark. The fish are challenged and hence are constantly on the move.

The challenge they face keeps them alive and fresh! Have you realized that some of us are also living in a pond but most of the time tired and dull? Basically in our lives, sharks are new challenges to keep us active. If you are steadily conquering challenges, you are happy. Your challenges keep you energized. Don't create success and revel in it in a state of inertia. You have the resources, skills and abilities to make a difference. Put a shark in your tank and see how far you can really go.

ONE HEART TOUCHING STORY

dear Visitor
While surfing the net i came across the a beautiful heart touching story
It may be a reapeat but it is for the new visitor to my blog ''

A guy in Japan wanted to renovate his house. So he thought of breaking his house and build a new one on the same place. In Japan usually people build their houses themselves, so this guy got a chance to see the most touching incident of his life. In Japan, the walls of the houses are made of wood, so the thick wall made of wood will be hollow at the center. So suddenly while he started breaking the wall, he could suddenly see something moving in the inner side of the hollow wall.
He saw it closely, it was a lizard, he saw still closer and saw that the lizard is stuck in the wall, its one feet was hammered with a nail. The guy suddenly realized that he had built this house five years ago and he had hammered the nails into the walls also same time. He couldn't believe his own eyes seeing the lizard stuck at same place from five years, it was not able to move a inch from the place where it was stuck. He wondered how this lizard survived for five years without food, because he did not see any source of food at that place.
He was very eager to know what this lizard did for food, so he kept watching the lizard stopping his breaking work. To his surprise he saw, one more lizard coming to this lizard with food in its mouth and fed it with food. Seeing that he couldn't control tears flowing from his eyes. The other lizard was feeding this lizard from past five years without any complaint!!!
Isn't it really touching? Imagine what a small creature can do that a creature blessed with intelligence and brilliant mind cannot do. Let us learn something from these creatures. Helping others is the best way of serving god!

THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

       THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

Talent in you should be like spider web it may
Not be strong enough to hold the whole world
But it hold self to rule your kingdom.

When you love your parent it is equal to God
When you love your friends equal to truthfulness
But when you love yourself it is equal to confidence

One tree makes 1 lakh match sticks but one match
Stick can burn 1 lakh trees One negative thought
Burns all the positive one .

When people asks for advice it is either they wants
To please you or they are really in difficulties
Your talent is to differentiate them .

Golden Words from Swami Vivekananda
Who is helping you, don’t forget them
Who is loving you, don’t hate them
Who is believing you, don’t cheat them.
