SOME IMPORTANT TIPS TO OUR SENIOR CITIZEN

 1. Chew the food properly so that it mixes with our saliva  and the question
     of gas and acidity problem will not  arise at all

 2. Dont drink water in between the meals it will dilute the acid which is
     used for digesting the food

 4. Dont go to sleep immediately after taking the food that will delay
     food digestion process .

 5. If you dont feel hungry dont  forcibly eat any thing avoid heavy meals
     eat fresh fruits

6. Take at least 2 litres  of water every day

7. While relieving in toilet dont force any thing to relieve you and let it
    happen naturally
8 . For senior citizen 22-00 hrs to 04-00 is the correct time to take good sleep
