High court has dismissed all the case against the Kudankulam atomic project and has
given Go a head instruction to fill the uranium fuel to the reactors with certain condition
It is the victory for the working people factory owners who are struggling for their
survival due to poor power position in this state .This project is going to generate
electricity from the first two unit . The tamilnadu chief minster has already request
that 75% of the power generated should be given to tamilnadu as it is facing acute
shortage of power . Kerala and karnataka has also demanded the major share from
the power . kerala and karnataka has got no moral rights for their claim as they are
not willing to share water from their state to tamilnadu The union goverment should not
give power to these states as long as they refuse to share their water sources with tamilnadu
